Canton Data is operated by Noves, Inc. This notice applies to the dashboard at ccdata.noves.fi and supplements the Noves Privacy Policy. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].

The public dashboard can be used without an account. We process technical request data needed to deliver and secure the service. If you create or use an account, we also process the account, authentication, subscription, and preference data needed to provide the features you request. Public Canton Network data shown by the dashboard may include blockchain identifiers and activity.

Google Analytics helps us understand aggregate use of the dashboard and improve performance. It may receive device and browser details, approximate location derived from an IP address, page and interaction data, and session identifiers. It remains off for visitors detected in the European Union, and when location cannot be resolved, until analytics permission is granted. Other visitors can turn it off at any time through Privacy choices. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.

Intercom provides the support messenger. If support is enabled in your privacy choices, Intercom loads across the dashboard. If it is disabled, the homepage still shows a first-party support button; Intercom loads only if you click that button to contact us. Once loaded, Intercom may receive device and browser details, IP-derived approximate location, page and session data, and information you choose to provide in a conversation. RB2B may use IP, cookie or device identifiers, visited pages, timestamps, and business identity data to identify a business visitor where coverage is available. Relevant visit and business contact context may be sent to Noves' customer relationship and team notification systems for business outreach. The dashboard sends the RB2B account key only for visitors Cloudflare identifies as located in the United States, and RB2B is configured for US-only identification. You can turn this category off through Privacy choices, use RB2B's opt-out page, or read the RB2B Privacy Policy. Business visitor identification remains off when Global Privacy Control is detected.

Visitors Cloudflare identifies as located in a European Union country receive the full privacy prompt before optional analytics or business visitor identification can run. We use the same protective default when no reliable country code is available. For known non-EU locations, optional tools start enabled unless Global Privacy Control or a saved privacy choice disables them. The dashboard remains available when optional tools are rejected.

Necessary processing supports service delivery, security, account features, and compliance with legal obligations. Optional analytics and business visitor identification support service measurement and business outreach and are based on your consent where consent is required. Intercom supports conversations you request. You can reject optional tools without losing access to the public dashboard or the click-to-open homepage support button.

Your privacy choice is stored in your browser for up to six months. Optional providers receive data only for the categories that apply under the choices described above. Noves and its service providers retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here, contractual requirements, and applicable law. Providers may process data in the United States and other countries using legally required transfer safeguards.

Use Privacy choices in the footer to grant, reject, or withdraw optional permissions at any time. We honor a browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping business visitor identification off. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, or to request a portable copy of your data. Contact us to exercise those rights.
